Ingredients:
1/2 cup of Mayonnaise
3 small pickled gurkins, minced
1 tsp onions, minced
1 tsp Splenda (or other sweetener substitute)
2 tsp lemon juice (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweet pickles, Splenda and minced onion. Stir in lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
