Homemade French Dressing (LC, SF, GF)

Ingredients:

1 cup sugar substitute of choice
2 teaspoons salt
1 pinch of paprika
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
2 tbsp. grated onion (or 1 tsp of onion powder)
1/2 cup vinegar (I used organic apple cider vinegar)
2/3 cup sugar-free ketchup
1 cup light tasting oil of choice

Preparation:

Place all ingredients except the oil into blender and mix. With the blender running, pour the oil in in a steady stream. Blend until emulsified.
Store in jar in refrigerator.
Shake before using.
